Once you log in you will find a powerful website with interactive tools and videos to help you learn more about the Institute, your benefits and other topics of interest.  Using HR InTouch, we hope that you will find everything you need to make better healthcare and benefit decisions.

The HR InTouch website will not accept changes to certain kinds of personal information (such as address changes).  If your personal information in this system is not correct or needs to be updated for any reason, you may submit any changes to Human Resources.

Login ID Format:

Your username is your first name, the first letter of your last name, and the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Your initial login password is your date of birth in DDMonthYYYY format (Note: use only the first three letters of the month).  

For example someone with the name of John Hancock with a social security number of 123-45-6789 and a birth date of January 7, 1968 would have the following username and password: 

Username:  johnh6789
Password:  07Jan1968

Please note your date of birth will only be used at initial sign-on, you will then be prompted to create a new password.
