If Enrolling (first-time users)…

You will log in with your 9-digit employee ID number as the user name.  The employee ID number can be found on your AllCampus Card or on the employee self service site in the MyPack portal.   

The password will be the first two letters of your last name with the first letter in upper case and then your birth date in a MMDDYYYY format. For example, James Smith with a birth date of 02/15/52 would have a password of "Sm02151952".  You will then be asked to change your password.  Please make note of  this password for future use. This system is not connected with your NC State Unity ID and changing your password in the health insurance system will not affect your NC State Unity ID.

If Making Changes...

You will log in with your 9-digit employee ID number as the user name and the password you created previously.  The employee ID number can be found on your AllCampus Card or on the employee self service site in the MyPack portal.
